Podle anal\u00fdzy spole\u010dnosti Home Portal tvo\u0159\u00ed \u017eeny dnes t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 38 % v\u0161ech kupuj\u00edc\u00edch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina z nich po\u0159izuje byt nikoli pro vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, ale jako strategickou investici s c\u00edlem pron\u00e1jmu. Tento trend dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejen m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se dynamiku trhu s nemovitostmi, ale tak\u00e9 rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 investice do realit, kter\u00e9 mohou generovat stabiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realitn\u00ed trh v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice vykazuje v posledn\u00edch letech zaj\u00edmav\u00fd posun \u2013 \u017eeny tvo\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl mezi kupuj\u00edc\u00edmi. Podle dat <strong>Home Portal <\/strong>tvo\u0159ily <strong>v roce 2024 \u017eeny 38 % v\u0161ech kupuj\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong>, co\u017e je v\u00fdznamn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst oproti minul\u00fdm obdob\u00edm. Tento trend potvrzuje i <strong>Jan Vitvera,<\/strong> \u0159editel Home Portal: <em>\u201eV lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce jsme zaznamenali rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o investi\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti, a mezi t\u011bmito investory \u010dasto figurovaly i \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 hledaly p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro zhodnocen\u00ed pen\u011bz.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profil investorky \u2013 kdo jsou \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 investuj\u00ed do nemovitosti?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejpo\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e1 kategorie \u017een-kupuj\u00edc\u00edch je <strong>30 \u2013 45 let, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 58 % v\u0161ech \u017een<\/strong> v t\u00e9to anal\u00fdze. \u017deny v t\u00e9to kategorii dos\u00e1hly stabiln\u00edho profesn\u00edho a finan\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1zem\u00ed a maj\u00ed \u00faspory, kter\u00e9 mohou investovat t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b do nemovitost\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v tomto v\u011bku se \u017eeny nej\u010dast\u011bji rozhoduj\u00ed po\u0159\u00eddit <strong>si investi\u010dn\u00ed jednotky<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00edch 19 % jsou \u017eeny do 30 let, kter\u00e9 \u010dast\u011bji hledaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 <strong>prvn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed<\/strong>, av\u0161ak p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159etina t\u011bchto \u017een po\u0159izuje byty tak\u00e9 na investici. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed <strong>mana\u017eerky a vysoce kvalifikovan\u00e9 zam\u011bstnankyn\u011b<\/strong> v oborech jako IT, finance, zdravotnictv\u00ed (cca 30 %) a pr\u00e1vni\u010dky \u010di l\u00e9ka\u0159ky (zhruba 25 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed investice?
