Krom\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sazby se developersk\u00e9 projekty sna\u017e\u00ed l\u00e1kat i na dal\u0161\u00ed formy zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed. \u010cast\u00fdm benefitem je nap\u0159\u00edklad prominut\u00ed rezerva\u010dn\u00edho poplatku, nebo mo\u017enost slo\u017eit jen 10 % kupn\u00ed ceny p\u0159i podpisu smlouvy o smlouv\u011b budouc\u00ed kupn\u00ed (SOSBK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00e9 nab\u00eddky mohou b\u00fdt pro klienta atraktivn\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na pokud ocen\u00ed rychl\u00fd proces a men\u0161\u00ed vstupn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.
