Dnes se v\u0161ak tato m\u00edsta st\u00e1vaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm polem pro rozvoj Prahy. M\u011bn\u00ed se v \u017eiv\u00e9 obytn\u00e9 \u010dtvrti, kulturn\u00ed z\u00f3ny \u010di ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 prostory a p\u0159itom si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed otisk sv\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 minulosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vyso\u010dany<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyso\u010dany b\u00fdvaly symbolem t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. Oblast mezi stanicemi Kolbenova a Hloub\u011bt\u00edn byla po desetilet\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu \u010cKD. Po \u00fatlumu v\u00fdroby v\u0161ak p\u0159i\u0161el urbanistick\u00fd \u00fatlum \u2013 rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 haly osi\u0159ely a cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed stagnovalo. Architekti a urbanist\u00e9 zde kladou d\u016fraz na propojen\u00ed se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed dopravn\u00ed infrastrukturou, za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed zelen\u00fdch prvk\u016f i dostatek ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru. V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 je i to, \u017ee cel\u00e1 transformace prob\u00edh\u00e1 s ohledem na p\u016fvodn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd r\u00e1z \u2013 ten se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i v architektonick\u00fdch detailech nebo volb\u011b materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u0159any<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na jihu m\u011bsta se podobn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v Mod\u0159anech, kde se z pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Vltavy a b\u00fdval\u00e9ho cukrovaru st\u00e1v\u00e1 nov\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd blok. A\u010dkoliv zdej\u0161\u00ed industri\u00e1ln\u00ed historie nebyla tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho r\u00e1zu jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Vyso\u010dan, jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost byla nem\u00e9n\u011b ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd are\u00e1l mezi \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u00ed a Vltavou des\u00edtky let nevyu\u017e\u00edval sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homeportal.cz\/cs\/projekt\/modransky-cukrovar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>Mod\u0159ansk\u00fd cukrovar<\/strong> <\/a>tento prostor otev\u00edr\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnosti i nov\u00fdm obyvatel\u016fm. D\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je orientace na \u0159eku \u2013 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017en\u00ed promen\u00e1da, cyklostezka i komunitn\u00ed vybavenost. Slo\u017eit\u00fd ter\u00e9n, nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 infrastruktura a zanedban\u00e9 industri\u00e1ln\u00ed prostory br\u00e1nily v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu rozvoji. V posledn\u00edch letech se v\u0161ak i tato \u010d\u00e1st do\u010dkala pozornosti, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky projektu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.homeportal.cz\/cs\/?s=DOK+Radlice\" title=\"DOK Radlice\">DOK Radlice<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdej\u0161\u00ed prom\u011bna ukazuje, jak m\u016f\u017ee nov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba pracovat s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm reli\u00e9fem m\u00edsta. Architekti zvolili specifick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup \u2013 m\u00edsto plo\u0161n\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ter\u00e9nn\u00ed modelaci k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch reziden\u010dn\u00edch celk\u016f, kter\u00e9 do prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b zapadaj\u00ed. Zdej\u0161\u00ed projekt, jednodu\u0161e nazvan\u00fd <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.homeportal.cz\/cs\/projekt\/lihovar-smichov\/\" title=\"\">Lihovar<\/a><\/strong>, pracuje v\u00fdrazn\u011b s kulturn\u00edm a komunitn\u00edm aspektem. Na m\u00edst\u011b opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu vznik\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 nab\u00eddnout nejen bydlen\u00ed, ale i kulturn\u00ed a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 funkce. Dochovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u016fvodn\u00edho industri\u00e1ln\u00edho objektu jsou integrov\u00e1ny do nov\u00e9ho urbanistick\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00fd je i zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce s betonov\u00fdmi konstrukcemi b\u00fdval\u00e9ho provozu \u2013 nam\u00edsto demolice doch\u00e1z\u00ed k jejich reinterpretaci. Budouc\u00ed galerie, kav\u00e1rny \u010di komunitn\u00ed prostory vych\u00e1zej\u00ed ze struktury p\u016fvodn\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch hal. V\u00fdsledkem je m\u00edsto, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 ambici neb\u00fdt jen obytnou z\u00f3nou, ale i nov\u00fdm kulturn\u00edm bodem na map\u011b Prahy 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Libe\u0148 a Hole\u0161ovice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pomez\u00ed Libn\u011b a Hole\u0161ovic prob\u00edh\u00e1 jedna z nejdynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159em\u011bn b\u00fdval\u00fdch brownfield\u016f. \u00dazem\u00ed pod\u00e9l Rohansk\u00e9ho ostrova, kde se d\u0159\u00edve rozkl\u00e1daly skladov\u00e9 are\u00e1ly, p\u0159\u00edstavi\u0161t\u011b a technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, se postupn\u011b prom\u011b\u0148uje v modern\u00ed m\u011bstskou z\u00f3nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco Karl\u00edn u\u017e sv\u00e9 znovuzrozen\u00ed za\u017eil po povodn\u00edch roku 2002, Libe\u0148 a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st Hole\u0161ovic teprve vstupuj\u00ed do t\u00e9to f\u00e1ze. V m\u011bstsk\u00e9m pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed jde o strategick\u00e1 m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 mohou nab\u00eddnout bydlen\u00ed, ve\u0159ejn\u00fd prostor nebo kulturn\u00ed funkci.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u011bsto, kter\u00e9 \u010dte mezi \u0159\u00e1dky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy pra\u017esk\u00fdch brownfield\u016f ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee transformace m\u011bsta nemus\u00ed znamenat jen v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed. Jde o proces, kter\u00fd v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spojuje pam\u011b\u0165 m\u00edsta s pot\u0159ebami sou\u010dasnosti \u2013 propojuje star\u00e9 s nov\u00fdm, industri\u00e1ln\u00ed s obytn\u00fdm, a m\u011bn\u00ed v\u010derej\u0161\u00ed \u201eb\u00edl\u00e1 m\u00edsta\u201c v aktivn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bstsk\u00e9 struktury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dne\u0161n\u00ed Praha u\u017e nen\u00ed m\u011bstem, kter\u00e9 jen roste na periferii.
