Asi nej\u010dast\u011bji se s n\u00edm setk\u00e1te u <a href=\"https:\/\/homeportal.cz\/cs\/projekty\" style=\"\">prodeje bytu<\/a> s gar\u00e1\u017eov\u00fdm<br \/>\nst\u00e1n\u00edm nebo sklepem, jeho\u017e jste spolumajitelem. P\u0159edkupn\u00edho pr\u00e1va se nicm\u00e9n\u011b<br \/>\nm\u016f\u017eete v ur\u010dit\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech vzd\u00e1t, a v roce 2020 bylo nav\u00edc \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zru\u0161eno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">\n<h2><span lang=\"CS\">Zru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edkupn\u00edho pr\u00e1va v roce 2020<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Standard\"><span lang=\"CS\" style=\"\">Zm\u011bna z\u00e1kona p\u0159inesla po letech dohad\u016f<br \/>\ndlouho o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, a tak bylo roku 2020 zru\u0161eno p\u0159edkupn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo u<br \/>\nspoluvlastnick\u00fdch pod\u00edl\u016f. V praxi <b>se zm\u011bny dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na byt\u016f, k nim\u017e<br \/>\nn\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017eov\u00e9 st\u00e1n\u00ed nebo sklep<\/b> \u2013 zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve bylo nutn\u00e9 tyto \u201evedlej\u0161\u00ed\u201c<br \/>\nprostory nab\u00eddnout ostatn\u00edm spolumajitel\u016fm domu, dnes je lze prodat i bez<br \/>\njejich souhlasu. T\u0159eba v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee<br \/>\nvlastn\u00edte rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekt na pronajat\u00e9m pozemku, a rozhodnete se jej prodat \u2013<br \/>\nv takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ho <b>mus\u00edte nejd\u0159\u00edve nab\u00eddnout pr\u00e1v\u011b majiteli parcely<\/b>.<br \/>\nTen samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u016f\u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/homeportal.cz\/cs\/projekty\" style=\"\">koupi <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/homeportal.cz\/cs\/projekty\" style=\"\">nemovitosti<\/a> odm\u00edtnout, co\u017e<br \/>\nby m\u011bl p\u00edsemn\u011b potvrdit. Legislativa toti\u017e st\u00e1le usiluje o sjednocen\u00ed majitel\u016f,<br \/>\nje-li to mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\"><span lang=\"CS\" style=\"\">P\u0159edkupn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo se tak\u00e9 nad\u00e1le vztahuje na<br \/>\nv\u0161echny, co se stali spolumajiteli nemovitosti, pozemku nebo zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho<br \/>\nz\u00e1vodu, <b>ani\u017e by mohli sv\u00e1 vlastnick\u00e1 pr\u00e1va p\u0159edv\u00eddat<\/b>.
