Prod\u00e1van\u00e9 novostavby b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nav\u00edc navrhov\u00e1ny s ohledem na dne\u0161n\u00ed dobu a pot\u0159eby r\u016fzn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, \u010demu\u017e odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed i v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 standardy nemovitosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1stku m\u016f\u017eete u\u0161et\u0159it tak\u00e9 na provozn\u00edch n\u00e1kladech, nebo\u0165 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed u novostavby z\u00e1konit\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako na zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9m fondu oprav.
