Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed pl\u00e1nuje nov\u00fd byt financovat z <strong>20 % z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homeportal.cz\/cs\/jak-probiha-nakup-nemovitosti-od-developera\/\" title=\"\"><strong>po podpisu smlouvy o smlouv\u011b budouc\u00ed kupn\u00ed<\/strong> <\/a>rovnou uhrad\u00ed na zvolen\u00fd \u00fa\u010det prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do prvn\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 platby mu tak chyb\u00ed u\u017e jen <strong>10 %, kter\u00e9 za\u010dne \u010derpat od banky<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro jejich uvoln\u011bn\u00ed banka vy\u017eaduje doklad od prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed strany o tom, \u017ee klient uhradil 20 % z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f (<strong>\u010destn\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, v\u00fdpis z \u00fa\u010dtu nebo potvrzen\u00ed z advok\u00e1tn\u00ed \u00faschovy<\/strong>) a n\u00e1sledn\u011b je nutn\u00e9 <strong>podat na katastr souhlas se z\u00e1stavn\u00edm pr\u00e1vem banky <\/strong>pro za\u010d\u00e1tek \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Banka pot\u00e9 uhrad\u00ed<\/strong> na \u00fa\u010det developera <strong>1 000 000 K\u010d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou pro kupuj\u00edc\u00ed je, \u017ee<strong> v t\u00e9to chv\u00edli je\u0161t\u011b nemus\u00ed platit plnou v\u00fd\u0161i spl\u00e1tky<\/strong> hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru, kter\u00e1 jim byla stanovena p\u0159i \u017e\u00e1dosti v bance. Celkov\u00e1 spl\u00e1tka se toti\u017e skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze spl\u00e1tky \u00farok\u016f a jistiny, kdy jsou zprvu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00faroky a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spl\u00e1tka jistiny.
