The residential building will offer 4 units of 1+1 and 3+1 layout with areas from 26 to 108 m². The building includes parking on the property, a bike and ski room, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a tub and electronic security of the building. The building is undergoing a complete renovation of the interior and exterior with the aim of approval before the start of the winter season 2025/26, which will ensure a comfortable stay for both owners and tenants.

Entering into a fixed-term, fixed-income mandate agreement with a management company
Contractually guaranteed return from 6.10% – from the first day of ownership I collect a net of 34 567 CZK every month
Mortgage financing possible: Pledges can be placed on the apartment, the optimal seamless ratio is 50% equity and 50% mortgage
Carefree ownership: the owner does not care and does not bear the costs related to the rental of the apartment, does not care about the occupancy of the apartment – the monthly income is paid directly by the management company
After the end of the mandate contract: You can use the apartment according to your needs or conclude a new contract under the currently valid business conditions, which can of course change depending on the current market situation
It is therefore a conservative investment that is secured by the ownership of the apartment
PREMIUM Variant: the management company additionally allows a buyback at the realised price, i.e. 100% refund of the purchase price
