The Nový Háj project brings a fresh perspective on living and investing. Purchase of a 1+kk apartment: Investment = 2,850,000 CZK; I am registered in the land registry as the owner of this specific unit
Entering into a fixed-term, fixed-return management agreement with a management company
Contractually guaranteed return of 6.10% or more —starting on the first day of ownership, I receive a net payment of 14,488 Kč every month
Mortgage financing possible: Pledges can be placed on the apartment, the optimal seamless ratio is 50% equity and 50% mortgage
Hassle-Free Ownership: The owner does not have to worry about or bear any costs related to renting out the apartment, and is not concerned with its occupancy rate—the monthly income is paid directly by the property management company
After the lease agreement expires: You may continue to use the apartment as needed or enter into a new lease agreement under the currently applicable terms and conditions, which, of course, may change depending on the current market situation.
It is, therefore, a conservative investment secured by ownership of the apartment
PREMIUM Option: The management company also offers a buyback at the realized price, meaning a 100% refund of the purchase price
